Moomah had been on my list for a long time of places I wanted to check out with London, so when my sister was in town we made it a point to go. So glad we did! The space was just as wonderful as I had imagined it and the food was delicious. Moomah is the best of all things kids love presented in a calm, natural place that is equally appealing to parents. No bright colors, no dumb kid music, no funky cartoon characters, just simple art projects to make together and healthy food to munch on. Founded by a mother of two who had tried every activity under the sun to keep her family entertained, when she finally realized that what they really needed was a simple place to connect with each other through simple activities. Hello, Moomah. At long last, a restaurant/activity center that is truly kid-friendly and caters to the modern family. Go with or without your kids – either way you'll enjoy it. I was really impressed with the huge menu of fresh local and organic foods to choose from: we tried the homemade hummus platter and organic tater tots. Let's just say I haven't seen London eat that much food in a single sitting in a looong time. Which obviously means it's not a question of if I'll go back, it's a question of when. Sadly the kids were too fidgety after that to really get serious about any art project together, but I would love to try one next time. They had tons of cute ideas! Read more about how Moomah works.
